| SITUATED Less than 3 km from the center of Solarino and tucked away in a perfectly quiet and typical Mediterranean landscape, is an estate of more than 20.000 square metres. The property is situated on a hillside, about 150 m above sea level, and the views to be enjoyed from here not only overlooks the surrounding landscape, but extends up to Syracuse and the sea. On the property there are two beautiful cottages for four people each at a distance of about 15 meters of each other, Villa SO-CA4 Villa and Villa SO-BL4, which can also be rented together. ACCOMMODATION The house has a living area of approximately 80 square meters for 4 people with country and comfortable furnishings on two separate floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright and open plan living room with air conditioning, large dining table and seating which want to invite to festivities. The dining table is surrounded on all sides by windows so that you, no matter where you sit, still overlook the surrounding garden while the sun light enter the room from every side. The front side of the room with two large glass doors literally flood the room with light and at the same time provide a nice view over the terrace and the garden with its magnificent olive trees. The kitchen is an invitation to cook. Here the passionate cook not only can use the usual 4 gas stoves and microwave, but also a grill and a wood pizza oven where his skills are required (wood at extra price). Cooking in the family or among friends will be an event. Espresso Machine (Classic Espresso Maker) available. A flat screen with satellite TV and a mini Hi-Fi system will provide for the right mood. Wi-Fi is also available as well as a washing machine. EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION More than 2.500 sqm of the total 20.000 sqm of the whole estate consist almost of lawn which surrounds the two holiday properties. Of course, the existing yucca and chicas palms offer a beautiful sight, but the magic unfolds from the impressive olive trees which enrich the green area of the property. In the middle of the garden, three olive trees form a picturesque and shaded seating area overlooking the panorama in front of you. An image as coming out of a novel... When you spend your time on the terrace of Villa SO-CA4 , the hours will flow timeless. Who is looking at the clock when you are dangling on the porch swing enjoying the view or when you fall asleep on the sun chairs? Seating, dining table and barbecue are perfect for dining outdoor. Directly behind the house is the swimming pool in the shape of a semicircle, this overlooks the approximately 15.000 sqm large lemon and orange grove which guests, depending on the season, are welcome to nibble. The two individual houses, Villa SO-CA4 and Villa Blanca can not be simultaneously rented to two separate groups, but either individually or jointly to the same group, in order to have a private use of the pool. Occasionally, the owner could live for short periods in the other house Villa SO-BL4, of course without affecting the privacy of guests or using the pool. On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to PERIOD C of the price list. Easy parking inside the fully fenced property. • Car use necessary. Including the rental price the use of two bycycles. AT A GLANCE For those who just want to relax and simply want to be surrounded by a typical Sicilian landscape, the friendly atmosphere of Villa SO-CA4 will be the perfect retreat. Attractions such as Syracuse, the baroque town of Noto, the natural reserve of the canyons of Cava Grande or the oasis Vendicari can be easily reached starting from here. Even the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is little more than 20 minutes drive away. Worth to mention, all shopping facilities and restaurants are within five minutes drive. |
