| Situated This detached house with private pool is located inside a private property of approximately 27.000 sqm, surrounded by a Mediterranean vegetation and olive grove. The whole location is in a beautiful hillside setting overlooking the surrounding countryside which reaches as far as Siracusa and the sea. Floridia with all shopping facilities and restaurants is located short 3 km from the house. Accommodation The detached house offers on a ground level a generous living space of approximately 100 sqm with simple furnishings for six people. Through the entrance door one reaches an open-space ambience with upholstered furniture, open fireplace, wood burning stove, SAT-TV with flat screen and dining table. The kitchen with cooking area offers four gas rings, electric oven, microwave, dish washer and toaster. Thanks to the kitchen window which overlooks the landscape and the pool, the cooking achieve a special pleasure. Directly from the kitchen there is a very convenient access to the veranda with BBQ corner and the other outdoor living possibilities. From the living room one reaches the three bedrooms of the house, all with view over the garden and the countryside: one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom with shower / WC. Washing machine, Wi-Fi, a portable baby cot as well as a high chair and Wi-Fi are available. External accommodation If you are looking for a typical Sicilian spot, you will be able to find what you are looking for. A hilly landscape that promises a magical view and fresh air in the evening, olive grove, orange trees, a Mediterranean vegetation which sometimes is partly untamed. A spacious veranda surrounds the house and allows to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside. On the left hand side of the kitchen there is a veranda, close to the covered BBQ area. A large and beautiful private pool is located at the back of the house, enjoying from here the views over the landscape while you are swimming. Garden furniture available. The use of the pool is also possible outside of the specified period on request. In this case, the price of the mid season is applied. Comfortable parking in the property. • Car use necessary. At a glance Those who love the atmosphere of the countryside, without sacrificing the comforts of the city will find their choice here. Floridia with all shopping facilties is only three minutes drive away, while the sand beach of Fontane Bianche is about 20 minutes away, as well as the sights of Siracusa. |
