| SITUATED Situated in the landscape, at about 2 km from Floridia, there is the detached property Villa Marianna with private pool. The villa is located inside an estate of about 1.700 square meters. ACCOMMODATION The ground floor area of approximately 100 square meters of the house offers simple but adequate furnishings for four people with an open plan setting with kitchen area with electrical oven, dishwasher and toaster, living room with dining table, upholstered furniture, fireplace and LCD TV. Both bedrooms of the house comes with double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower / WC. The washing machine is housed in a small room, accessible from the outside veranda and used as a furnace room, where guests have the use of the washing machine only. EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION Just before the entrance door of the house begins a veranda that surrounds the whole house, offering the possibility to have breakfast or dinner outside. The large and beautiful swimming pool located directly in front of the house is for the exclusive use of the guests. After a refreshing dip in the water a gazebo with stone seats will offer best outdoor sittings in the shade. Barbecue and garden furniture available. On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to PERIOD C of the price list. Parking inside the fully fenced property. • Car use necessary. AT A GLANCE For those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of being in the country, but do not give up to the vicinity of the city and the convenience it offers, this is the ideal choice. Floridia with all amenities is 2 short minutes drive away, while the beach of Siracusa is about 20 minutes by car, as well as the sights, the history of Syracuse and the adjoining shopping. The veranda and pool complete the picture of a Mediterranean holiday. It 's the ideal home that lends itself as an excellent starting point to enjoy in the beauties of a holiday island. |
