| SITUATED At less than 30 metres from the sea there is this sea-facing, detached and beautiful villa, located immediately in front of the rocky coast of Fontane Bianche. ACCOMMODATION The approximately 70 square meters large living space of this private house is located on the ground floor and comfortable furnished for up to five people. Bright and open plan living room with upholstered furniture, dining table, open fireplace and Sat-TV. This living room is not an ordinary living room, because the large windows of this room overlook the infinite blue of the sea in front of you. Each moment becomes an event, as if one would be in front of an ever-changing nature painting. Easily separated from the living room the kitchenette with electric oven and microwave. Washing machine available. One bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with double bed, one single bed and ceiling fan. Bathroom with shower / WC. EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION From the entrance a few steps lead up to the terrace which is surrounded by a small lawn. To stay here seems as to sit on a deck of a calmly travelling ship. It almost goes without saying that it is also the ideal spot for breakfast or for a cozy dinner. On the backyard of the house Villa FB-GI5 offers a small and welcoming veranda with seating and barbecue. Public parking close to the property. • Car recommended. AT A GLANCE The rocky coast in front of you and its natural creek seems to be as a natural pool where you can cool off on hot summer days, and this right in front of your doorstep. The location of this house and the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche which is less than three minutes drive away, make this property suitable also for a holiday with children. Syracuse and the barock city of Noto is easily reachable from here. |
