| SITUATED Situated at less than 200 metres from the sandy beach of Gallina which slopes down softly into the sea, there is a nice property which offers four spacious apartments, two at the ground floor (Apt. GA-JO5 / Sleeps 5 each) and two at the first floor (Apt. GA-RO6 / Sleeps 6 each) . ACCOMMODATION The two apartments at the first floor called GA-RO6, offers the same layout and functional furnishings for six people. By an outside staircase you reach a living-area of about 100 sq. m with open plan living-room with dining and sitting area with Sat-TV and air conditioning. Kitchen with kitchenette and microwave, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower/WC. On the ground floor and in a separate building there is a washing machine at the use of all guests. EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION Both apartments have a small terrace overlooking the sea from where you sitting comfortably eat breakfast or dinner. The two terraces are separated by a wall from one another, so the guests can also enjoy the necessary privacy. A small garden with barbecue is for the use of all guests. Garden furniture provided. At ground level there is a veranda that can be used by guests. Tennis court and a small bar are located in the immediate area and are open in the summer season. Parking inside the fully fenced property. • Car use necessary. AT A GLANCE The Apt. GA-RO6, thanks to the proximity to the city of Syracuse and the sea, which provides in late spring and autumn months excellent swimming, is the ideal apartment for a family vacation with children and all those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. |
