Arrival and Departure

Arrival From 02.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
An arrival after 08.00 pm surely can be arranged previous information.

Departure From 08.00 am to 10.00 am.

On the spot you won’t be alone. At any time you can contact our English, German or Italian talking assistance who will be happy to assist you for any information or help you’ll need during your holiday.

Breakage deposit

At key collection Clients have to pay a breakage deposit to the owner or a representative on his behalf, payable only by cash. The deposit is refundable to the Client at the end of rental period after previously deducting costs for damages or missing items from the property, furnishings or inventory.
The departure takes place from to 08.00 am to 10.00 am. In case of departure before 08.00 am, the breakage deposit will be send to client by mail. Only if possible, a handover of the deposit can be arranged before 08.00 am.

Swimming pool

Normally the swimming pool in the different properties can be used from 19.05.-29.09.2012. More detailed information are available on the pages of the different properties.
On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool before 16.05.2015 and after 25.09.2015. The net rate applied will be relating to PERIOD C of the price list.
