| SITUATED This detached house with private pool for a total of six people is located a short 6 km drive from Floridia and nestled in a completely quiet landscape. From the hillside of the house, you can enjoy not only the tranquility but also a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The sandy beach is less than 15 minutes away by car, Mount Etna about 90 minutes by car. ACCOMMODATION Set on the ground floor and comfortably furnished with a living space of over 90 square meters, there are sleeping facilities for up to six people. The front door to the house can be reached via the veranda, which opens onto an open-plan kitchen with kitchenette, dining table with air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchenette has a hob with four gas rings, electric oven, toaster and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal for the family. You will probably rarely use the dining table located here, as with a pleasant Mediterranean climate you will certainly prefer the veranda directly in front of the kitchen for dining. From the living room you can reach a small room with seatings. From here you can reach the two opposite lying bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. Another bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet and washing machine and dryer are located outside the house and extends the premises of the house. Wi-Fi available. EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION As already mentioned, right in front of the house there is a cozy and spacious veranda with seating and dining options with an outdoor grill, where you can relax and dine outdoors with a view of the well-tended garden and pool. Set in the middle of the lawns, surrounded by sun loungers, is the private pool for the exclusive use of the guests only. A small gazebo also allows you to doze off in the shade. On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to MID SEASON perio of the price list. Parking inside the fully fenced property. • Car use necessary. AT A GLANCE This house allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the landscape without having to forego all the comfort and freedom of a holiday home. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is less than 15 minutes by car, while Floridia with all shopping facilties is less than 8 minutes away. Even the history of the city of Siracusa and shopping opportunities are easily accessible from here. This is the ideal house for a vacation with children and is an excellent starting point to explore the beauties of the island. There is an exclusive golf course about 3 km from the house. |
